The $49 service covers either Verify Smart™ — Desktop Verification of 1 Supplier OR Source Smart™ — sourcing of up to 3 relevant suppliers, with 1 selected supplier subject to desktop verification.

Service Basis
Verification and sourcing are based on reasonably available public records, supplier-provided information, business documents and other accessible sources.

Supplier Cooperation
Where required, EximSafe™ may contact the supplier for supporting information or documents. Results depend on the availability and accuracy of information and supplier cooperation.

Delivery
Target delivery: 48–72 business hours after receipt of required information and payment. Delays may occur where additional information or supplier responses are required.

Limitations
This $49 service is desktop-based only. Physical factory visits, inspections, sampling, laboratory testing, production monitoring, loading supervision and other on-site services are not included and may be quoted separately.

No Guarantee
Findings are based on available information and do not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, delivery, commercial success or future transactions.

Fees & Additional Services
The service fee is US$49. Any additional services will require a separate quotation and agreement.

Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box and proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood and accepted these Service Scope & Terms.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Information & Supplier Cooperation

Our work may use government/public records, supplier-provided information, business documents and other accessible sources. Where required, EximSafe™ may contact the supplier for supporting information.

The availability, accuracy and completeness of information depend on the relevant sources and supplier cooperation.

Delivery

Target: 48–72 business hours after receipt of the required information and payment.

Additional time may be required where supplier responses, information or public databases are unavailable or delayed.

Important Limitation

The $49 service is desktop-based only.
